First, stay down. Do not try to stand up immediately.
Step-by-step removal while on the ground
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Power off (hold button 5+ sec) or remove battery |
| 2 | Unfasten waist belt – release buckle or pull strap loose |
| 3 | Unfasten both thigh straps – open completely |
| 4 | Slide legs out one at a time – pull feet toward you |
| 5 | Push the exosuit aside – then get up normally |
The exosuit comes off easily once all straps are opened. No need to force anything.
After removing the exosuit
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Check yourself for injury – any pain, swelling, or difficulty moving? |
| 2 | Check the exosuit – any cracks, bent parts, or loose joints? |
| 3 | Rest for 5–10 minutes before trying to stand |
| 4 | If injured – seek medical attention before using the device again |
Do NOT
| Action | Why |
| ❌ Try to stand up while wearing the exosuit | Risk of another fall |
| ❌ Yank the exosuit off while lying down | May twist your back or knees |
| ❌ Power back on while still on ground | Device may try to assist and cause awkward movement |
