E001	Joint Module Communication Alarm	Left hip module CAN communication abnormality – device unable to communicate with left hip module.	1. E006	Barometer Abnormality	Barometer data error – unable to obtain ambient air pressure data.	1. Avoid using in strong airflow, near A/C vents, or in environments with rapid pressure changes (e.g., quickly opening/closing doors). 2. Restart the device and retry. 3. If persists, contact customer service.
E007	Battery Communication Abnormality	Battery communication abnormality – unable to obtain accurate battery status.	1. Power off, remove and reinstall the battery (ensure the latch is securely engaged). 2. Clean the battery contacts with a dry cloth (ensure dryness). 3. If still abnormal, try replacing the battery or contact customer service.
E008	Storage Abnormality	eMMC storage module read/write error – unable to save/read data normally.	1. Restart the device and retry. 2. If persists, contact customer service.
E009	Control Box Communication Abnormality	Device communication abnormality with the control box – unable to receive control commands.	1. Check the control box connection cable per instructions. 2. Restart the device and retry. 3. If persists, contact customer service.
E010	Wear Abnormality	Device wear status abnormality – possible loosening or incorrect fitting.	1. Confirm the device is properly worn per the operating instructions. 2. Restart the device and retry. 3. If persists, contact customer service.
E011	Joint Module Temperature Abnormality	Left hip module temperature too high – protection mechanism triggered.	1. Stop immediately and power off. 2. Remove the device and let it ventilate and cool to room temperature. 3. If frequently triggered, contact customer service.
