| Height (too tall) | Straps are too short. Hip/knee joints may not align with your body. |
| Weight (over 265 lbs) | Motors may overheat. Frame may stress or fail. Risk of falls. |
⚠️ Do not use if you exceed either limit. Safety cannot be guaranteed.

| Weight | Use a standard scale, in light clothing |
Measure honestly. Guessing can lead to unsafe use.
I'm close to the limit – can I still use?
| Within... | Verdict |
| 0.5" of height limit | ✅ Likely fine. Straps have a small buffer. |
| 5 lbs of weight limit | ⚠️ Caution. Start with short sessions and watch for motor strain. |
| Beyond either limit | ❌ Do not use. Contact us for alternative options. |
